Spray pickling is an effective alternative to immersion pickling, particularly for workpieces that are too large or unsuitable due to suction holes.

The process involves spraying a thickened pickling liquid onto the workpiece. After a certain reaction time, the workpiece is washed at a high pressure of 180 bar.

This entire process takes place in our pickling centre, where the waste water is collected and treated in an internal treatment plant.
